The summer is over and now the kids are going back to school. I am sure that for a lot of parents like my self it's a relief to have the kids back in school and not have to be entertaining them all day.

Well I know that many would say that this is one hell of an understatement
but I really do see so much more opportunity and feeling of fulfillment as I get
older.
But now that am going to be turning thirty two in a few
months I am starting to see that I need to start taking better care of my body.
This became very clear to me when I almost had to drop this
